SalaryMonthly salary: 250,000 yen or more
(Basic salary + fixed overtime allowance of 26,000 yen or more for 15 hours)

*This is the minimum amount. We will fully consider your experience and ability.
*Fixed overtime allowance will be paid for 15 hours regardless of whether overtime is worked or not, and any excess amount will be paid additionally.

4.8 million yen / 26 years old, monthly salary 300,000 yen
6.6 million yen / 36 years old, monthly salary 400,000 yen

① Sales (Booking)
Performance booking, organizer coordination, overall performance, stage management for rental halls, etc.
② Area management
Event management around the arena, administrative coordination, neighborhood support, public relations work, media interview coordination and response, etc.
③ VIP room management/Food and beverages
VIP room management, VIP exclusive bar management, food and beverage purchasing management, VIP customer service during performances, etc.
④ Facility management and operation
Arena facility equipment management, maintenance management, annual equipment inspection management, property management, etc.
⑤ Management department
Human resources, general affairs, accounting, IT

*Interview and joining dates are negotiable.
