2. Facility

  • Is there a toilet?

    It is located on the outer periphery of the south entrance side of K-Arena Yokohama, under the North Gate stairs of Music Terrace.
    You can also use the restrooms in the hall after the doors open on performance days (only for those with performance tickets).

  • Do you have a smoking area?

    There is a smoking room in the building, so please use it. Please note that this service may not be available depending on the performance.

  • Are there escalators or elevators in the building?

    Escalators connecting LEVEL 3 to LEVEL 5 are located on both sides immediately after entering the main entrance.
    For wheelchair users and people with disabilities, we provide an elevator that provides access to all floors.

  • Do you have a nursing room and a multi-purpose restroom?

  • Can I use Arena Bar 7 without having a ticket?

    Please note that after the event at K Arena Yokohama, the gates around the bicycle parking lot will be closed due to exit and entry regulations, and you will be required to take a detour.

  • Can I reserve a parking lot?

    Reservations can only be made on performance days (specific days) at K-Arena Yokohama.

    Although we have spaces available for people with disabilities, we do not specify areas, including when making reservations for performance dates (specific dates).
    Please let the parking staff know that you would like a larger space on the day of your visit. Please note that the number is limited.

  • Please tell me the payment methods available for parking fees.

    You can use cash, various credit cards, transportation ICs, and electronic money.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with the payment machine?

8.Lost and Found

  • Who should I contact if I have lost or forgotten something?

9.Cashless

  • Can I pay by cash inside K-Arena Yokohama?

    The bars and shops in K-Arena Yokohama have introduced cashless payment, and cash payments are not accepted. Only coin lockers can be used with cash.

  • I don't have a credit or debit card.

    Transportation IC and two-dimensional code payments are also supported. Supported payment brands vary depending on each store.

  • Do you sell prepaid cards? Can I charge it again?

    There are no prepaid card sales or charge machines installed inside K Arena Yokohama.

10.Coin Locker

    There are two currency exchange machines at LEVEL 1, 3, 4, and 7. This is a 1,000 yen bill exchange machine, so 5,000 yen and 10,000 yen bills cannot be used.

  • Can I use payment methods other than cash?
