I wanted to deliver the best possible excitement to our valued customers through music at the world's greatest music arena! Even though I had no experience, I wanted to take on the challenge with all my might, so I joined the company.

What kind of work are you in charge of?

I am currently in charge of managing the K Arena Club, the official membership organization for K Arena Yokohama, which launched in April 2025. While it is common overseas for music venues to run their own membership organizations, this is a new challenge that is unheard of in Japan. In an environment that offers the freedom and creativity that only a start-up can offer, I value our connections with members while planning and running attractive events and special offers. Every day is a constant process of trial and error, but that also means I get to see my ideas and ingenuity take shape directly, and I feel a sense of accomplishment as the feedback I get is positive. I work every day with the goal of delivering a "special experience" that can only be found here, together with people who love music and culture.

Please tell us about the atmosphere of the team and the characteristics of the members.

Close cooperation within the sales department is essential for the operation of K Arena Club, so our team strives to maintain a flexible structure and respond quickly to changing circumstances.
While we work on a fast-paced schedule, everyone on the team communicates actively in a positive atmosphere, resulting in efficient results. I am grateful every day for the environment we have created, which makes it easy for us to make suggestions and ask for advice.

What are your career plans?

My goal is to hone my diverse skills within the entertainment industry, grow with the organization, and contribute to improving the quality of live performance experiences. I also hope to have a positive impact on the industry as a whole by working with my team to create more attractive venues. I strongly believe that the atmosphere among our employees is directly linked to the atmosphere of the venue and the success of the event. Live performances are special moments for artists, staff, and customers, and I am confident that by playing a part in them, we can provide an even better experience.
In our daily work, we strive to provide the best possible support to the customers and artists who have been looking forward to seeing us for months, and our mission is to provide the one-of-a-kind moving experience of a live concert. In order to achieve this, we feel that we need to continue growing as an organization. In the future, as a part of K Arena Yokohama, we would like to promote the creation of a "venue of choice" so that more people can experience this excitement.
