The K-Arena Club offers various benefits
that are only available here,
such as the right to purchase tickets
for selected performances
at K-Arena Yokohama
through a lottery system,
discounts on stays at the Hilton Yokohama,
the official hotel of K-Arena,
and members-only events.
Upon joining, you will receive an individual digital membership card that allows you to smoothly use member-onlys services. You will also be able to participate in ticket lotteries for certain performances. In addition, we will offer special deals that can be used at related facilities, allowing you to take advantage of membership benefits in a variety of situations. We will announce other benefits as they are decided.

Right to purchase tickets by lottery for some performances
Tickets for some performances held at K-Arena Yokohama will be available through a lottery system.
We also plan to offer hospitality packages that include lounge access and accommodation at the Hilton Yokohama.*This does not apply to all performances held at K-Arena Yokohama.

Discounts and special offers available at K-Arena Yokohama and related facilities
In addition to discounted accommodations at the Hilton Yokohama, the official hotel of K-Arena Yokohama, you can also receive special members-only services that can be used at K-Arena Yokohama related facilities. Members can also participate in occasional luxurious promotions.

Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment.(The enrollment date is the first day of the month following the completion of the annual membership fee payment. You can use the member content during the period from the payment completion date to the enrollment date.)

Is there an expiration date for my membership?
Membership is valid until the end of the month one year after the date of enrollment. (The enrollment date is the 1st of the month following the date on which the annual membership fee payment is completed. You can still use the member content during the period from the date of payment completion to the date of enrollment.)

Are membership renewals automatic?
Memberships are automatically renewed. You can cancel your membership on the K-Arena Club official website. Please note that membership fees cannot be refunded once they have been paid.

How can I apply for the lottery to purchase tickets to the performance?
You can apply from the “TICKET” section of the members-only page. Tickets may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check the details.
*This does not apply to all performances held at K-Arena Yokohama. -
Can I share my K-Arena Club account with family and friends?
Membership is valid only for the individual member. Sharing with others is prohibited.
