Where can I find the latest information about K-Arena Club?
The latest information is available on the K-Arena Club official website and in the e-mail newsletter for members.

Is there an expiration date for my membership?
Membership is valid until the end of the month one year after the date of enrollment. (The enrollment date is the 1st of the month following the date on which the annual membership fee payment is completed. You can still use the member content during the period from the date of payment completion to the date of enrollment.)

Are membership renewals automatic?
Memberships are automatically renewed. You can cancel your membership on the K-Arena Club official website. Please note that membership fees cannot be refunded once they have been paid.

How can I apply for concert tickets?
You can apply from the “TICKET” section of the members-only page. Tickets may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check the details.
*This does not apply to all performances held at K-Arena Yokohama. -
Can I share my K-Arena Club account with family and friends?
Membership is valid only for the individual member. Sharing with others is prohibited.
