Notes

  • Your membership will expire one year after the date of enrollment (your enrollment date will be the 1st of the month following the date on which your annual membership fee payment is completed. You will be able to use the member content from the date on which payment is completed until the date of enrollment).
    You can check the expiration date on your My Page.
  • For inquiries regarding services at related facilities, please contact K Arena Club instead of the relevant facility.

  • Where can I find the latest information about K Arena Club?

    The latest information is distributed via the K Arena Club official website and member email newsletters.

  • Is there an expiration date for my membership?

    The membership validity period is one year from the date of enrollment until the end of the same month. (The enrollment date is the 1st of the month following the date on which the annual membership fee payment is completed. You can still use the member content during the period from the date of payment completion to the date of enrollment.)

  • Will the renewal process be automatic?

    It will be automatically renewed. To cancel your membership, please go to the K Arena Club official website. Please note that membership fees once paid cannot be refunded.

  • How can I apply for the lottery to purchase tickets to the performance?

    You can apply via "TICKET" on the members-only page. Tickets may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check the details.
