He was strongly attracted to the fact that it is one of the world's largest arenas dedicated to music and has a "VIP area" that is not found in other facilities, and decided to join the company.

What kind of work are you in charge of?

My current main job is in charge of VIP operations in the food and beverage department. I am involved in a wide range of tasks, including customer service, reservation management, inventory management, and menu creation. I always strive to improve the quality of my service with a spirit of hospitality so that we can provide our customers with a more comfortable and special experience.

Please tell us about the atmosphere of the team and the characteristics of the members.

Daily communication is lively, and there is an atmosphere where it is easy to express opinions regardless of seniority or background. New proposals are also accepted positively, so I am able to take on various projects and always work independently. I also met a boss I respect, which helped me to envision the ideal person I want to be.

What are your career plans?

In the future, I would like to become a manager who oversees the entire VIP area. I would like to provide a unique VIP experience while working in cooperation with neighboring facilities. I would like to continue striving to create a space that will leave even more vivid memories of special times for all our customers.
