Voices of senior employees

INTERVIEW

Everything is for the employees.
By ourselves
There is joy in building it up

Human Resources and General Affairs Department

April 2024 Mid-career hire / YN

I joined K Arena Management because I sympathize with their philosophy and want to contribute with passion to pursue and achieve satisfaction for all people.

What kind of work are you in charge of?

I am in charge of general affairs, and in addition to general administrative tasks, I also maintain the office environment and establish and implement internal rules. Maintaining the office environment mainly involves ordering in-house equipment and consumables, updating the internal portal site, maintaining employee benefits-related equipment, and managing contracts. As our company is still new, there are many rules and procedures that have not yet been established when it comes to establishing and implementing internal rules. To ensure the smooth implementation of established rules, I work to raise awareness within the company by creating manuals and holding explanatory meetings. I also host and manage meetings and training sessions for all employees, such as general employee meetings, compliance training sessions, and social gatherings.

Please tell us about the atmosphere of the team and the characteristics of the members.

The Human Resources and General Affairs Department is divided into two sections: Human Resources and General Affairs, but both work on a "job that involves all employees." Because communication with employees is paramount in this department, we have members who can interact with each employee individually and notice even the smallest changes. We share what we notice from each perspective and work as a team to come up with ways to improve and find solutions. I also believe that we are the department at K Arena Management that goes out to lunch together the most. I feel that this atmosphere is reflected in our daily work.

What are your career plans?

In five years, I aim to become a mid-level employee who can connect management with my juniors. In addition to providing guidance and education through my work, I believe it is important to fully understand the vision that the executives and managers are aiming for, think independently about what is needed to achieve that vision, and communicate that to my juniors. Also, because I am a general employee, I would like to go beyond my current job and become involved in a wide range of work related to performances as I build my career.
