Notice to all visitors

Today's Sam Smith performance has been forced to be canceled due to the actor's sudden illness.
Although we continued discussions until just before the doors opened, we have determined that it will be difficult to hold the performance as scheduled as there is no hope for recovery.

We apologize for the short notice.
We would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who attended.

Please note that all tickets you hold will be refunded at the play guide where you purchased them.
Details of the refund period etc. will be announced on the Creative Man website by next Tuesday, October 17th.

We regret to announce that the Sam Smith's show tonight on Oct 14th, 2023 at K Arena Yokohama has been canceled due to Artist's illness.
Refunds will be available at the ticket agency where you purchased your ticket (s) and the details will be announced later by next Oct 17th Tue on Creativeman Productions' website

We deeply apologize to all parties concerned especially those customers who bought tickets and have been looking forward to the artist's show.

I am devastated. I mentioned on stage last night I am fighting a virus,
you were so beautiful, but vocally I really had push to get through it.
After resting last night I was hoping to feel better today but during show preparations
it came clear to me and my team that I cannot perform this evening's show at K-arena Yokohama
I’m so sorry xx”

To all Japanese fans.
As I told everyone who came to yesterday's performance, I'm currently battling a virus and my throat has gotten really bad.
I took a day off yesterday and tried to recover, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to perform today. really sorry.
