*Due to the use of loud speakers, we ask that children under the age of 10 refrain from entering.
* Unreserved seating (first come, first served basis; please refrain from waiting before 10am as it may cause inconvenience to neighboring residents.)
*No re-entry
*Entry into the building is permitted until 17:15.

Advance registration is required.
Pre-registration period: Until 23:59 on June 7th (registration will close once capacity is reached)

*Please note that those who have not registered in advance will not be allowed to enter.
*Up to 5 people, including the representative, can be registered per application.
*200 people who pre-register will be entered into a lottery to win original K Arena Yokohama merchandise. (Winners will be sent an email informing them of their winnings. Please present this email at the reception desk when entering the venue on the day of the event.)

<Payment method for one drink>
Due to popular demand, we are currently receiving more pre-registrations than we expected.
As it is expected that the entrance will be crowded on the day, we have decided to add an entrance for cash payments in addition to the entrance for cashless payments.
Please check the crowd situation and use the least crowded entrance.
*Please prepare to pay while waiting in line.
*If paying in cash, please prepare the exact change.
*Only cashless payment methods (credit cards, electronic money, and various 2D code payments) are accepted at the museum's shops.

In addition, we will set up a "prepayment counter" for those who would like to complete payment early.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to enter without having to wait in line when the venue opens.

<Regarding admission>
The entrance is expected to be extremely crowded from about 30 minutes before the screening begins.
If you arrive just before the screening, you may not be able to enter or be seated in time for the screening to begin, so we ask for your cooperation in arriving early.
If you enter after the main screening has started, you will be guided to seats in the back.
Please note that re-entry is not permitted (if you wish to re-enter, you will need to pay the fee for one drink again).

<Regarding baggage inspection>
Baggage inspection will be conducted upon entry.
We will check your luggage to make sure you are not carrying any prohibited items such as food, drink, or dangerous items, so please cooperate with the baggage inspection.
Please also note that large luggage such as carry-on bags are prohibited.

<Regarding drink tickets>
The drink ticket given to you upon entry is only valid on the day of the event, so please exchange it for a drink before the end of the event.
*Refunds and cash conversions are not available.
*Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if lost.
*The concession stand will be crowded after the screening, so please allow yourself plenty of time to exchange your drink.
*Please note that no change will be given when exchanging drinks.

<Regarding eating and drinking within the building>
Bringing food and drinks into the museum is prohibited, but you may bring food and drinks purchased from the museum's shops into your seating area.
Please feel free to purchase bento boxes, cutlet sandwiches, popcorn, etc. at the convenience store to enjoy with your movie (some items are limited in quantity, so please purchase as soon as possible if you are interested).

<Regarding seats>
Seats on the day will be unreserved.
This screening will use the approximately 550-inch LED monitor used at concerts held at K Arena Yokohama as the screen.
Please note that there may be some seats where it is difficult to see the screen.
When leaving your seat, please be careful to keep your valuables and other belongings safe.

<Regarding cleaning between acts>
After the screening of "Mamma Mia!", the LEVEL 1 Arena floor will be cleaned.
During cleaning (30 minutes from 14:30 to 15:00), the arena floor will be off-limits, so please take your belongings with you when you leave.
Once cleaning is complete, we will resume offering unreserved seating.

<About Arena Bar 7>
Arena Bar 7 will not be available at this event.
Customers using Arena Bar 7 will have a different entrance to this event.
*For 30 minutes after the screening of "La La Land" has ended, you will be able to move from inside the arena to Arena Bar 7 (a separate entrance fee will be required as another event will be held there).
