[Upgrade ticket notes]
*The "Upgrade Ticket VIP Seat" can only be applied for by those who have purchased the "All Seats Reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" ticket for the same performance.
*Applications from customers who have not purchased the "All seats reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" will be invalid (not selected).
*Please be sure to check the following as applications that do not meet the following criteria will be invalid (disqualified).
① Please make sure to apply using the Ticket Pia account of the person who purchased the "All seats reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" ticket.
② Please be sure to apply for the same number of tickets as the "All seats reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" tickets you purchased.
*Applications made under the name of a companion who will be attending the event together will be invalid (disqualified).
*Even if you have two "All Seats Reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" tickets, you cannot upgrade only one of them.
(Examples of invalid applications (rejected))
・Purchase two "All seats reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" tickets ⇒ Apply for one "Upgrade ticket VIP seat" = Invalid (not selected) because the number of tickets purchased and the number of tickets applied for are different
・Purchase one "All seats reserved: 15,000 yen (tax included)" ticket ⇒ Apply for two "Upgrade ticket VIP seats" = Invalid (not selected) because the number of tickets purchased and the number of tickets applied for are different
*If you accidentally purchase an "Upgrade Ticket VIP Seat", no refunds will be given.
