*Tickets required for ages 3 and over. Children under 3 are not allowed to enter.
*Please note that due to equipment and other factors, it may be difficult to see the video, performance, stage, and members.
*If you are coming in a wheelchair or require assistance viewing the show, please write down your seat number after purchasing your ticket and contact us with inquiries about the performance at least one week before the performance date.
Accompanying persons also need tickets. Please note that regarding ticket purchases, please adhere to the rules listed on the special page.
*Premium seat benefits will be given to you on the day of the performance. Please note that we cannot deliver them by mail or on a different performance date or at a later date.
*Please note that reserved seats with an annotation may have noise from equipment that is bothersome or difficult to hear.
*Refunds and cancellations will not be given due to poor visibility at the venue.
* All recording and video equipment (including mobile phones) is prohibited.
*The performance content, performance date, opening and starting times, performers, etc. may be subject to change at short notice.
*Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue will be borne by the individual. Please note that refunds will not be given if there are any changes to the performers or performance content.
*If the performance goes ahead, we will not provide refunds even if you are unable to attend due to natural disasters or other reasons.
*Please make sure to purchase tickets from the organizer or an authorized distributor that has been officially authorized by the organizer. The organizer, organizers, and official ticket distributors cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise from resale or transfer under any circumstances.
*Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions such as reselling or purchasing tickets may be penalized, such as being at a disadvantage in future lotteries or being unable to reserve tickets.
*Tickets cannot be reissued. Those who do not have a ticket, such as those who have lost or forgotten their ticket, will not be allowed to enter.
*Tickets are treated the same as cash vouchers, so the organizer will not be held responsible for theft or loss.
