[About U25 tickets]
*The U25 tickets were made available at the request of Hayato Sumino, who wanted "more students to have the opportunity to listen."
*U25 tickets are for people under 25 years old on the day of the performance. Non-students can also apply as long as they meet the age criteria.
*Customers with U25 tickets will be asked to show ID upon entry. If we are unable to verify your age, you will be required to pay the difference between the regular ticket price and the ticket price.

[About family seats]
*Family seats are for families coming with children under junior high school age.
*Adults: Parents who are high school students or older / Children: 6 years old to 3rd year of junior high school
*Adults and children cannot purchase tickets alone.
*Family seats are not available for U25 tickets. If you wish to purchase a U25 ticket, please purchase an S or A seat.
*Family seats can be applied for up to 6 people, 1-4 adults and 1-5 children. <Up to 5 children can be selected for each adult>
*For safety reasons, please make sure that an adult is watching over children to make sure they do not lean too far out.
Also, please be considerate of those around you and ensure that your children's behavior during the performance does not disturb other customers.
*Please make sure all attendees are dressed appropriately when entering the venue.
*You may be asked to present identification to verify your child's age upon entry.

[About the Welcome Sheet]
*We have prepared seats that are easy to attend for those who are interested in Sumino Hayato's performance but are attending a concert for the first time, or for those who are not familiar with classical music.

[About limited edition goods]
Merchandise contents: Original blanket
*Limited goods will be handed out at the venue on the day of the performance. (They cannot be shipped at a later date.)
*The size of the original blanket is planned to be approximately 60cm x 90cm.
*The original blankets are different from the official merchandise sold in regular stores and will not be sold at the venue or through mail order.

*Tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded after purchase.
*If you would like to watch from the wheelchair viewing area, please contact us after purchasing your ticket.
*Please make sure that your caregiver/accompanying person also purchases a ticket. Please note that seats may be separated due to equipment reasons.
*This performance will be recorded on video, so cameras may be present. Please be aware that you may appear on the video.
*Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
*For some seat types, if the planned number of tickets for advance sales is sold out, they will not be available for general sale.
