NOTES
*Preschool children (under 6 years old) are not allowed to enter. Tickets are required for those 6 years old and above.
*Depending on the performance, there may be some seats or areas where it is difficult to see the stage.
*PLATINUM and GOLD merchandise will be announced at a later date. The merchandise will be handed out at the venue on the day.

●About performance tickets
* Advance sales will close as soon as the set number of tickets is reached. In that case, general sales will not take place.
*Ticket applications are limited to 4 tickets per person per performance date during the advance sale period, and 8 tickets per person during general sales.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including if they are damaged, lost, or forgotten on the day of the performance. A ticket is required to enter the venue, and admission based on purchase history will not be accepted. After your ticket is issued, please keep it safe so that it does not get lost.
*Please purchase tickets through the official sales channels listed on the official website. We cannot guarantee admission for tickets purchased through unofficial sites such as Viagogo or Stubhub. In the past, there have been cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sites have not arrived by the performance date. Please note that the organizers will not be able to provide support in such cases.
*Tickets may not be transferred to third parties, resold for profit, or put up for auction.
*Ticket refunds will not be given for any reason except for reasons attributable to the organizer or conditions specified by the organizer. Cancellations, refunds, or changes after purchase due to customer convenience are not permitted. Furthermore, if the performance is held as scheduled, ticket cancellations, refunds, or changes will not be accepted due to bad weather or the suspension of public transportation.
*If this performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation expenses, etc. (including cancellation fees).

●Seats
*Depending on the performance, some seats may have difficulty seeing the stage.  
*Please note that depending on the seating arrangement, some people may be required to sit down while watching the show. 
*We may ask you to move your seat due to unavoidable reasons, such as setting up equipment at the venue.
*Wheelchair users will need to use the handicap area for safety reasons. If you wish to watch from a wheelchair, please purchase an S seat ticket and apply to the organizer. Only one person may accompany you to the handicap area. The accompanying person will also need an S seat ticket. Please note that space is limited.  

●Precautions when entering the venue and inside and outside the venue
・The organizer prohibits the following actions when participating in this event.
* Any acts of harm, violence, intimidation, stalking, or other nuisance towards artists, staff, or other people involved in this performance, or other patrons, are strictly prohibited.
*Photography of other spectators, participants, related staff, etc. without their consent
*Photography or videography that violates the conditions set by the organizer or the organizer.
*Acts that disrupt the smooth running of the performance or cause inconvenience to other audience members
・Throwing belongings etc.
- Any act that may disrupt the performance by using flash, light beams, or similar items
- Taking photographs in any seat other than the one for which you have purchased or acquired tickets for this performance.
・Acts that disrupt the progress of the performance, such as heckling, shouting, or making strange noises
- Emitting a strong odor from belongings, clothing, body, etc.
- Any act that violates the instructions of relevant staff, enters restricted areas, or otherwise interferes with the smooth running of the organizer's business.
- General nuisance behavior such as loitering within or around the venue, blocking the entrances to nearby stores, roads, or aisles within the venue, shouting loudly, making strange noises, etc.
・Viewing the venue while significantly intoxicated
・Business activities, religious missionary or solicitation activities, or political propaganda activities within the venue or its surrounding areas
・Statements and actions that are contrary to public order and morals
- Other general nuisance behavior, instructions from the organizer or facility manager, or rules separately established by the organizer, etc.
*If the organizer determines that a user's actions constitute any of the prohibited acts set forth above, the organizer may refuse the user entry into the venue or order the user to leave without prior notice. In such cases, any tickets already issued will become invalid, and the organizer may suspend the use of the tickets without refunding them.
* If you engage in any of the acts stipulated in the prohibitions on ticket resale, prohibited items, and prohibited acts during the viewing, or if there is any risk of such conduct.
* Any other reason the organizer deems it appropriate to refuse entry.
*The organizer may notify users who have been subject to entry or expulsion measures under the preceding paragraph that they will be denied entry to the venue in the future.

●In order to ensure the smooth running of the performance and the safety of the audience, if the relevant staff deem it necessary, the organizer may request that you open and disclose your clothing, bags and other belongings and disclose their contents, or take any other measures the organizer deems necessary, at any time upon entry to the venue or after entry.

●The organizers, performers, and all related parties will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to prohibited actions or actions that violate other regulations.

●Other
*Doors opening and performance start times are subject to change.  
*Please use public transportation to access the venue.
*We are not responsible for any loss or theft at the venue.
*At each performance, cameras for recording video and taking photos will be set up inside the venue, and attendees may appear in media and product footage. Please note that the recorded footage and photos may be used for merchandise development, promotions, etc.
