*Children under 6 are not allowed to enter. Fee applies for children 6 and over.
*Transfer to a third party, resale for profit, or listing at auction is prohibited.
*Please note that we will close sales once the pre-sale limit has been reached. In that case, there will be no general sales.
*The wheelchair viewing area for this performance is located within the S-reserved seating. Guests arriving in wheelchairs, including accompanying persons, are requested to apply for [S-reserved seating] tickets.
After purchasing your ticket, please contact HIP in advance at 03-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00-18:00). Please note that even if you purchase a ticket other than an S-reserved seat, you will be required to watch from the wheelchair viewing area.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting to buy the ticket on the day of the performance.
*Except in the case of postponement or cancellation of the performance, cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be made for personal reasons after purchasing tickets. Please be aware of this before applying.
*Under any circumstances, including if the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. (including cancellation fees).
*Doors opening and performance start times are subject to change.
*Please note that depending on the seating arrangement, some performances may require seating.
*Depending on the performance, some seats may have an obstructed view of the stage.
*Re-entry is not possible.
