<What is upgrade reception?>
Umptacc Love!! This is a method in which applications for "reserved seats with special goods" will be accepted at a later date and drawn by lottery from those who have won and paid for "general reserved seating" tickets in the earliest advance sale.
If you are selected, you will be required to pay an upgrade fee of 6,200 yen (tax included) plus processing fees for each "General Reserved Seat" ticket.
If you would like a "reserved seat with special merchandise," please first apply for a "general reserved seat" ticket.

Those who have won and paid for "General Reserved Seat" tickets in the Umptacc Club!! members' advance ticket sales.
*Tickets won through other means than the above are not eligible for upgrades.
Those who join Umpta Club!! as new members and purchase tickets during the advance sale period are also eligible for upgrades.

<Family seats>
*Family seats include children up to junior high school age and their guardians (aged 20 or over on the day of the performance).
This is a "reserved seating" ticket set up in the stands for groups.
(Please note that high school students are not guardians, but will be considered "adults.")
*These are designated seating areas where everyone must sit while watching. Standing is not permitted.
*Family seats are for adults only; children cannot enter alone.
*One ticket is required for each child. (On the day of the performance, up to one child under the age of 2 may sit on one parent's lap.)
However, children under the age of 2 will also need a ticket if they occupy a seat.
*The applicant and accompanying persons must enter at the same time. Please note that separate entrances are not permitted.
*You may be asked to present proof of your child's age upon entry.
Please bring a document that proves your child's age.

*Ticket limit: Up to 4 tickets per performance
*All tickets will be issued electronically.
*If you will be coming in a wheelchair, please contact the performance inquiry desk in advance after purchasing your ticket.
*Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
The footage and images taken may be used in various media, including the Internet, in video works, etc.
* "Resale or transfer of tickets for profit" and "resale or transfer of tickets at a price higher than the stated price"
"Reselling, transferring, or exchanging to an unspecified number of people via auctions, social media, etc." is prohibited.
*To prevent ticket resale, both the purchaser and accompanying person must wear a mask when entering the venue on the day.

On the day of the performance, we may ask you to verify your identity by showing the name on your ticket.
*If we are unable to verify your identity or if resale or transfer of tickets is discovered, you will be denied entry.
*If there is a discrepancy between the information on your ID and the information on your application, you may be asked to wait for a while for verification.
*The winning rights cannot be sold or transferred to a third party.

Please bring all official documents in the same condition as they were officially issued.
Expired, handwritten or tampered identification will be invalid.
If you are an elementary school student or younger and do not have a photo ID, we will only accept your health insurance card as verification.
