<What is upgrade reception?>
For those who have won and paid for "General Reserved Seat" tickets in each FC's fastest advance sale,
Applications for premium reserved seats (souvenir included) will be accepted at a later date and a lottery will be held.
If you are selected, you will be required to pay an upgrade fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) + processing fee for each "General Reserved Seat" ticket.
If you would like a premium reserved seat (with souvenir), please first apply for a "general reserved seat" ticket.

<Family seats>
*Family seats are designated seating tickets located in the stands for groups including children up to junior high school age and their guardians (aged 20 or older on the day of the performance).
(Please note that high school students are not guardians, but will be considered "adults.")
*These are designated seating areas where everyone must sit while watching. Standing is not permitted.
*Family seats are for adults only; children cannot enter alone.
*One ticket is required for each child. (On the day of the performance, up to one child under the age of 2 may sit on one parent's lap.)
However, children under the age of 2 will also need a ticket if they occupy a seat.
*The applicant and accompanying persons must enter at the same time. Please note that separate entrances are not permitted.
*You may be asked to show proof of your child's age when entering the venue. Please bring a document that can verify your child's age.

NOTES
*Age restrictions: Paid admission is required for ages 3 and over. Children under 3 are free to enter if they sit on a lap. (However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.)
*Ticket limit: Up to 4 tickets per performance
*All tickets will be issued electronically.
*If you will be coming in a wheelchair, please contact the performance inquiry desk in advance after purchasing your ticket.
*Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seating, may be made public.
The footage and images taken may be used in various media, including the Internet, in video works, etc.
*Tickets are prohibited from being "resold or transferred for profit," "resold or transferred at a price higher than the stated price of the ticket," or "resold, transferred, or exchanged to an unspecified number of people via auctions, social media, etc."
*To prevent ticket resale, we may ask you and your companions to verify their identity upon entry on the day. Please be sure to check this page for the identification documents you need to bring with you.
*Please also be sure to read the notes on this page and the ticket reception page before applying.
*Your baggage may be inspected upon entry.

<About ID>
Please be sure to bring your ID with you when you visit.
On the day of the performance, we may ask you to verify your identity by showing the name on your ticket.
*If we are unable to verify your identity or if resale or transfer of tickets is discovered, you will be denied entry.
*If there is a discrepancy between the information on your ID and the information on your application, you may be asked to wait for a while for verification.
*The winning rights cannot be sold or transferred to a third party.

5. Physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, mental disability certificate 6. Residence card or special permanent resident certificate
7. My Number Card (notification card not accepted) 8. Any other official document with a photo other than those listed above
If you do not have the above items (1) to (8), we will check and confirm the name printed on your ID using the following two items (A) to (F).

D) Family register copy E) Family register extract F) Seal certificate
*If you are an elementary school student and do not have a photo ID, we will verify your eligibility with one [Qualification Verification Form].
(The same applies to performances in which children of elementary school age or younger can participate.)
*Please bring all official documents in the same condition as when they were officially issued. Resident certificates must be issued within the last six months. (Copies are not accepted.)
*All original documents are required.
*Identification cards that are expired, handwritten, or tampered with will be invalid.
If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry. Please note that tickets will not be refunded even if you are denied entry.
