<Regarding tickets>
■Preschool children will not be permitted to purchase tickets or enter the venue for this performance.
■Please note that tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the performance.
■If you purchase two or more electronic tickets and your companion does not have a smartphone, they will only be able to enter at the same time as the purchaser.
Please come to the venue together and present tickets for everyone at the entrance.
■Reselling or transferring tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason.
■Please note that performers may change without notice.

<About the performance>
■Please refrain from using any seat other than the one you have purchased or from any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
■On the day of the event, those coming in wheelchairs will be guided to a wheelchair-accessible viewing space.
To ensure a viewing space, please contact us at least one week before the performance once you have purchased your tickets.
Only those who require assistance may bring one companion with them to the exhibition, but they must have a ticket.
For verification purposes, we may ask you to show proof of disability such as a disability certificate.
■Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
■Please note that some venues may have designated seating (standing is prohibited).
■We cannot accept fan letters, gifts, flower stands, etc. from customers.
■Please note that after the performance, there may be regulated exits to reduce congestion.
■If you do not follow the instructions of staff, we may be forced to ask you to leave for security reasons.
Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other expenses.

<Regarding the prohibition of bringing cheering goods into the venue>
■This performance will feature special LED wristbands.
Special LED wristbands will be distributed to all visitors, but they must be returned.
Please note that tickets will be distributed upon entry and collected upon exit.
■Any light-up items or items featuring characters other than the distributed LED wristbands may not be used during the live performance.
Please note that official DUNK LED bands from before the "DUNK Showcase in K-Arena Yokohama 2026" cannot be used at this performance.
■There are no other restrictions as long as the poster is A4 size or smaller and can be held at chest height, but please be considerate and not cause inconvenience to other customers.
