The name printed on the ticket you apply for and purchase will be the name you provided during the application process, and only the person whose name is printed on the ticket will be allowed entry.
Transferring or reselling tickets through any means other than the fixed-price trading system approved by the organizer is prohibited.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to prevent resale at inflated prices.
As a measure to deter ticket fraud, we may conduct ID checks upon entry to this performance.
*The name you used when applying will be printed on the ticket. (No changes are permitted.)
*On the day of the performance, we will verify that the name on your ticket matches the name on your valid identification document upon entry.

*Valid IDs are limited to My Number Card / Driver's License / Passport / Employee ID (with photo) / Student ID (with photo) / Credit Card (with photo) / Residence Card (Foreign Resident Registration Certificate) [Copies are not accepted].
*If you do not have a photo ID, please create one of the above IDs before the day of the performance, or bring two of the following: health insurance eligibility certificate / employee ID / student ID / credit card / cash card [copies are not accepted]. For elementary school students, only a health insurance eligibility certificate is required.
Please note that you will not be admitted if the name on the ticket does not match the purchaser, if your identity cannot be confirmed through ID check, or if you do not have a valid form of identification.
Please note that no refunds or cancellations will be possible in such cases.
*Please note that if resale/transfer of tickets is discovered, you will be denied entry. Furthermore, no refunds or cancellations will be given in such cases.

■Wheelchair accessible seating
*Wheelchair accessible seating is, in principle, reserved for those using wheelchairs.
*Customers requiring wheelchair seating should apply for wheelchair accessible seating. A ticket is also required for any accompanying person (up to one person).
*If applying for multiple tickets, you may apply for one wheelchair user and one accompanying person. If the attendee does not include a wheelchair user, we may refuse entry. Thank you for your understanding.
*While it is possible to apply for a wheelchair accessible seat with just one ticket even without an accompanying person, we would appreciate it if you could bring an accompanying person with you.
*Please note that there may be delays in staff assistance during disasters or emergencies.
*Please note that we cannot change your seat from a wheelchair accessible seat to another seat type, or vice versa, at your own request.
*Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event.
*Please note that wheelchair accessible seating does not guarantee a clear view of the stage.
*Please note that, unless otherwise specified in the venue's regulations or service provision, there are no designated parking areas or drop-off locations reserved for wheelchair users.
If you are coming by car, please find a nearby coin-operated parking lot yourself.
*When purchasing wheelchair accessible seating, you will be required to answer a questionnaire regarding the type of wheelchair you use.
Examples: manual, electric, stretcher type, large type
*If you purchase multiple wheelchair accessible seats, you will need to complete a questionnaire for your companions.
